Welder professional skills contest co-held by Wenzhou city human resources and social security bureau etc. Eight departments was held on our company in November 16, 2014. There are 31 contestants to participate in the competition which came from 13 member companies of the food and pharmaceutical machinery industry association.
The competition by the Wenzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wenzhou City Federation of Trade Unions organized， food Pharmaceutical Machinery Industry Association undertook, Wenzhou City Federation of Trade Unions of workers technical cooperation office, Wenzhou Occupational Skill Testing Center, Wenzhou Special Equipment Inspection Center Co-organized. The game content includes both theory and practical operation of examination. The competition set up a number of awards. The first prize winner were granted "Wenzhou Vocational Technical Leader" honor title by municipality federation of trade unions. Top three players were awarded the "Wenzhou technical experts" honorary title.
Food and pharmaceutical machinery industry is one of the more skilled workers welding-intensive industries. Skill level of workers is critical to improve product quality. Our company has eight players participate in the competition. There are five players won the top five. Before the competition, they have training for many times under guidance of the company’s quality assurance engineer. Through this contest, the players become more confident and inspired our company staff enthusiasm for learning technology, practice ability，Improve their professional skills. It is Shows the proactive face of the Jhenten’s staff . I wish our Jhenten's staff regard this event as a starting ,combining theory with practice,contribute to the company with actions.
